Company History In 1953, Vance Baldwin was a small appliance dealer in West Palm Beach, FL. As Vance sold more and more appliances, his customers made him aware that there was a need for readily available service parts to repair the products he was selling. It was the birth of the dream. Fifty years later, that dream has evolved into a worldwide parts logistics operation shipping over 25,000 orders per month. Vance Baldwin Electronics is now the only distributor in the U.S. that provides parts for consumer electronics, printers, appliances, and computers.
	The Human Element Vance Baldwin maintains a call center with highly trained parts consultants to take your call and help you get the parts you need. Our parts consultants have over 200 combined years of parts experience. Our warehouse staff works to ensure that ALL parts orders received by 5:00 PM est. ship same day. All parts orders are checked and checked again to insure quality and accuracy. We also house the most comprehensive website in the industry. We incorporate Web Hosting, EDI, FTP, and XML.
Facility Vance Baldwin's 70,000 square foot facility incorporates state-of-the-art technology including an automated conveyer system and picking process, which allows packages to flow easily and accurately. Vance Baldwin features an inventory of over 300,000 sku's in stock and over 3 million parts in our database. This large inventory allows us to maintain a 90% fill rate which means we have the parts you need. We have the lowest defective parts rate in the industry (less than .5%).
